Immutable policy identifiers
The identifier and version captured with an application, offer, payment or learner request form an immutable commercial snapshot. The canonical production set is:

How changes work
Material changes are published prospectively with a new identifier version and effective instant. Existing learners retain the policy versions and price captured in their immutable commercial snapshot unless a change is legally required or expressly agreed. A later public price or policy does not silently rewrite an existing enrolment.
